Monitored the Risk & Assurance budget and processed all departmental invoices and purchase orders using Turning Point’s accounting system.Developed an internal quality assessment tool that measured compliance to each of the CQC Essential Standards in a quantifiable way. Using Datix developed a set of KPIs for the management of risk and quality across the mental health, substance misuse and learning disability sectors.
