Growing the company!

As the sole Cisco Premier Partner in South Wales, they have extensive experience in enterprise network design, deployment services, support and pro-active network monitoring and management. My job title at the company is Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator. I have developed a marketing strategy document which outlines all marketing methods that Capital Networks are undertaking over the next 6 months. I have developed Ad-word campaigns, all social media content, and corporate material and set up events from 45 clients attending an English Premiership Rugby game to a Cisco seminar with speakers coming from America. My role is applying the Company's Marketing Strategy using innovative methods, proactive marketing, managing and following up leads generated by marketing campaigns and events. As this is a busy company I tend to work under my own initiative and make my own decisions, then reporting the results back to the MDBelow are some of my day to day roles:• Organising and undertaking all market research• Updating all online and social media content• Creating offers and updating clients of these offers• Updating website on weekly bases• Researching products, IT news and marketing opportunities• Processing and assessing the results of marketing campaigns• Dealing with all major suppliers regularly to see what marketing avenues they are using• Assisting the manager is writing reports and developing proposals • Developing the company’s direct marketing literature (Newsletters/e-shots etc.)• Monitoring the company’s analytics using different types of analytic tools from Google analytics to the website providers own analytics then developing a weekly report for the MD meeting.

Vale Events are a security company that I have worked for many times when doing freelance work in the security industry for the last 4 years. I am now currently an assistant manager at the company only second to the Owner Roger Mortimer. Within the company I will attend all event jobs and also deal with incoming jobs and organising staff, transport and accommodation for each job. My key role is marketing the company, and creating a brand awareness of Vale Events. The summer of 2012 has been a very busy one for Vale events. The company has sub-contracted to many big companies such as Headline, Show Sec, Guard Force, and Guardian and also done some work for Aviva. The types of jobs that I have personally done with the company are as follows:• Back-stage are for the Stone Roses• Bar Security• Response unit (foot and vehicle)• Pit Team• Night patrols• Personal Escorting• 2012 Olympics• Hotel Security• Festivals (From local beer Festivals to large National Festivals such as V-Festival, Wireless, Reading and many more)

I am head of marketing at Landkser and also help create business plans for SME clients of Landsker. The main goal it to secure funding for our clients from banks, grants or other funding schemes.

Mario's ice cream is a luxury ice cream made in south west Wales from welsh ingredients. my role at the company was to assist with admin work.e.g. scheduling meeting, setting up taster sessions in supermarkets etc.
