My business lies in helping people and the organisations they work in make changes for the better. Through developing new strategies and value propositions, rethinking their organisational structures, developing better methods for effective collaboration and being creative about everything from relationships to communication. In this kind of activity it is not enough simply to have good methodologies and a lot of experience (vital though these are): you also need imagination, empathy and the ability to be a lateral thinker. I am proud of having a background that combines creative, commercial and academic experience: all these skills are needed in the drive to understand how other people will see the world and build bridges between organisations and individual. The more complex and challenging an issue is, the more intriguing I find it and the more valuable I tend to be.
