The Choir hosts events monthly in Marrickville and Casula, as well as with large scale festivals, at corporate functions and with community groups. Responsible for leading the income generation and the development of a new social enterprise for the Sydney Story Factory.

Led a team of six, overseeing the entire fundraising portfolio of Youngcare, generating more than $6m from direct mail, bequests, events, major gifts, corporate partnerships and other direct marketing activities.

Responsible for leading a team of 12 who managed the for strategic direction, fundraising and marketing and roll out of Red Cross’ new major gift and bequest strategy. Over this period revenue and participation doubled revenue from major gifts and generated $12m from bequest gifts.

Led and scaled talented large events and fundraising teams within Variety's rapidly growing business. The team developed products that have demonstrated great success in helping the organisation in diversify revenue streams, becoming a more strategic partner to its partners, and expand average deal sizes.
