• Recruited by the founders of Monobank as the first employee to support the set up of a mobile-only financial services business in the UK, including conducting market feasibility studies, competitive analysis and identifying opportunities that formed the foundation of Koto’s unique value proposition.Grew the business to over 60 people across the UK, EU and Eastern Europe.• Oversaw the launch of the business, resulting in two industry firsts with Koto being the first e-money platform to offer consumer credit and launching with both Google Pay and Apple Pay from day one.• Developed and submitted the 5-year business plan and other key documentation to the Financial Conduct Authority to support Koto’s application as a FCA approved consumer credit provider.
