I am a Manging Director in the Special Situations M&A team at Teneo. I specialise in providing M&A solutions for clients facing challenging, complex or business critical issues and where specialist situational M&A expertise and experience is key to delivering the optimal outcome.I advise clients on selling and buying stressed and distressed businesses in complex, challenging and/or time sensitive circumstances (including Accelerated M&A processes). My experience of both Special Situations M&A and mainstream M&A enables me to deliver successful M&A outcomes via navigating a range of financial, legal and operational challenges, while also managing the different demands of relevant stakeholders. Many of these M&A processes incorporate Lenders as key stakeholders.As part of my work, I have developed extensive knowledge of and relationships with the special situations investor and turnaround investor community in the UK.I have c.20 years corporate finance experience advising on corporate and financial investor disposals, acquisitions and capital raisings working across a variety of different industry sectors.I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales.Teneo is the global CEO advisory firm.
