I managed the Production Support and Infrastructure teams in Workplace Digital. The teams were responsible for the installation and support of Flexible Benefits Platform at Standard Life. I had to work with internal and external suppliers to ensure the stability, security and the currency of the platform. The role including working with external auditors to provide assurances that the application was well managed, adhered to IT standards and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:* Ensured Production Support Processes in place. I made sure that monitoring and alerting of the platform were fit for purpose and that incident, problem and event processes were well managed and regularly reviewed. * Responsible for the Infrastructure components used by the platform.
