Responsible for the internal, external and contractor audit program to ensure compliance to ISO standards, Talison specifications and established contract requirements.• provide QA support to Site Operations and Projects prior, during and after contract/project execution/commissioning;• provide QC support to Site Operations and Projects through physical inspections of fabrication, construction, mechanical testing and sign off;• identify, estimate and correct deviations and defects in quality system process; • manage effectiveness of the internal document control system; • manage Supplier and Contractor performance evaluations; and• maintain and provide continuous improvement of the quality systems.

To perform logistics and QA/QC duties as directed by the Service Manager These duties involve supporting the day to day workshop activities for Surface International, Australia.• Accurate recording of inventory in stock and when movements occur• Accurate updating of equipment records.• Complete MMR tasks, general servicing and inspections, pressure testing of tooling and equipment as required.• Complete equipment inspection reports for clients and internally ensure report are uploaded into the correct location.• Ensuring correct parts are picked and items are moved efficiently. Ensuring all parts match SAP description, part number and serial numbers.• Ensure that documentations are filed to support rentals invoicing.• Communicate all GR to Singapore contact.• Receipt of incoming goods and parts and ensure that all parts are adequately inspected and then packed/ preserved/ stored.• Prepare load outs of rentals and equipment to offshore and or onshore jobs.• Coordinate 3rd party inspections.• Ensure workshop/storage areas are clean and comply 5S philosophy.• Coordinate with all aspects of storage/maintenance of TechnipFMC & Customer owned equipment.• Maintain inventories of TechnipFMC and customer owned equipment in storage.

• Assist and support administrative duties within the Material Department and Transport arrangement.• Assist in preparing requisition for parts extension to both valuated and non-valuated plant• Support inbound/outbound shipment are arranged accordingly per request by liaise with freightforwarders and transport companies to ensure goods are shipped timely and cost effective manner.• Maintaining customer equipment records and updating locations both physical and functional.• Generate DN, perform PGI and maintain outbound records. Perform confirmation for goods receiptand update locations in SAP.• Work with FMC sites for all custom documentation requirements and handling logistics complianceissues. Ensure all custom formalities & regulations are adhered strictly.

•To assure customer/company, statutory and regulatory requirement are implemented and maintained•Establish, develop and maintain generic and Project/customer specific quality plans (ITP) making sure they meet the latest revision.•Collate and validate equipment documentation is complete prior to release by GE and or third parties and supplied to the customer.•To raise quality non conformances GRR on equipment and parts those have been shipped to GE Jandakot from other GE plates or third parties.•Perform pre-shipping inspection of goods and Company and Customer owned equipment •Assure customer third party release and documentation requirement have been met prior to shipment of goods to the customer•Monitor/Inspect the rebuild of Gorgon Xmas Tree witness the FAT, compiling the updated the MDR with all relevant test’s and documentation •Liaise with customer’s third party representative and certifying authorities to obtain release of goods.•Perform goods receipt inspection of purchased and sub-contracted parts involving but not restricted to visual examination, dimensional measurement, review of material certification including NDT reports, chemical mechanical report, weld reports, pressure test charts, torque charts, painting and coating certifications, and meets Gorgon Upstream QA/QC specification •Conducting Site Receival Inspection and Site Receival Testing, Witness FAT, EFAT also conducting Per-Mob testing of Xmas Tree and Subsea equipment.•Perform inspection, evaluation and compilation of technical reports relating to the condition and recommended method of repair•Perform goods receive inspection and file relevant documentation in GE database and hard copies.•Perform Internal & External Audits to meet ISO 9001 & GE requirement •Compile Manufacture Data Record (MDR) & Certificate of Conformity (CoC) •Undertake interim & final inspection at 3rd party & vendor sites•Perform Root Cause Analysis using the Apollo RCA system

•To assure customers/company, statutory and regulatory requirement are implemented and maintained•Establish, develop and maintain generic and Project/Customer specific quality plans•Collate and validate equipment documentation is complete prior to release by FMC and or third parties and supplied to the customer.•To raise Service notification (SN) in SAP for all none conformity and Verify that they are closed down when completed •To raise quality notification (QN) in SAP on equipment and parts those have been shipped to FMC Henderson from other FMC plates or third parties, which do not meet the quality standards of FMC or Customer in area of documentation and traceability. •Witness all site integration testing (SIT) at FMC Henderson on all new & used Subsea equipment (Xmas trees, Choke modules & all subsea components)•To perform inspection on capital drilling equipment compile reports of repairs needed and spare part required •Witness function testing on all CDE tooling which comes through the workshop•Perform pre-shipping inspection of all the Company & Customer owned equipment •Assure customer third party release and documentation requirement have been met prior to shipment of goods to the customer•Liaise with customer’s third party representative and certifying authorities to obtain release of goods.•Perform goods Receipt inspection of purchased and sub-contracted parts involving but not restricted to visual examination, dimensional measurement, review of material certification including NDT reports, chemical mechanical report, weld reports, pressure test charts, torque charts, painting and coating certifications.•Perform inspection, evaluation and compilation of technical reports relating to the condition and recommended method of repair to company (FMC) and customer own (FMC) equipment returned for maintenance and repair.•Perform goods receive inspection and Store relevant documentation in SAP and file the hard copies.
