Our leading process is Ecoblanket, which achieves unsurpassed results such as fast growth rates, more than 99% sediment and erosion control and proven carbon sequestration benefits.My responsibilities include project management, client relationship management and sales. For each project, I work with clients to test soils, create seed lists and application designs that will achieve their objectives; liaise with consultants and client contacts for smooth logistics planning and delivery schedules; ensure safety compliance and quality control; and monitor progress and post-application reporting. We go beyond on time and on budget delivery to ensure sustainable results that exceed expectations.I also work with the broader team to support the continued development of Groundworks’ products and processes as well as build awareness of our solutions in the marketplace.

My core responsibilities focused on delivering projects to the highest standards. This included working to the design specifications set by landscaping designers, managing all aspects of logistics, procurement and safety, managing teams and liaising with client representatives.It was during that role that I decided to invest further in my skills and expertise in landscaping, gaining a Certificate 4 in Horticultural Landscaping (later a Diploma).I was able to refine my project management experience through working with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes with strong financial management and absolute attention to quality and detail.I also supported business development activities and growth of the business over the six years I was part of the team.
