I am a stable professional with excellent team building qualities forward thinking and problem solving ability, but more importantly a strategic mindset. Recently completed Business studies at the University of Western Australia.My Current role has taught me so much in a short period of time construction is so different when you are literally working with your client whilst in many cases they live onsite is amazing.the fundamentals however remain the same customer service can not be compromised and must be driven from all areas. in my role at the SHG I have overseen both residential and class two projects in the metropolitan area and the North West, more recently completing an 8 million dollar class 2 project in Onslow. I have spent close to fifteen years building a team of professional site supervisors that deliver month in month out with 25 staff an average tenure of ten years, this speaks for itself in an industry with high turnover rates.Authentic leadership, the motivation and engagement of staff support and enable this.In my current role I have the ability now to reach back into these years of experience, with a confidence in teambuilding and navigating the changing Construction landscape. It is this grounding that continues to motivate me to improve opportunity for all.when you have spent your life growing in an industry from years working on a shovel, to managing the largest Residential building team in WA. It gives you a very real insight into the entire Chain from turning dirt to after sales service. High focus on the sales and customer service side of business.
