I provide a number of support functions to the regional RFP teams and am responsible for liaising with Product Specialists, Investment Directors and other firm wide subject matter experts across the globe to obtain high quality information. This information is maintained in an RFP Database, which is used by local RFP Specialists to complete RFPs. My team build and run automated document templates, and assist RFP Specialists in sourcing new content. The information is also used to populate institutional consultant databases along with other quantative data and it is essential that the data we store across all these databases is accurate, consistent, and meaningful.

The ICR teams main roles focus on the management and payment of commission and fees to intermediary clients. During my time in this role I was a key contact point for the company's transition through the regulatory changes brought on by the Retail Distribution Review. This involved the introduction of several new fee structures to replace the old commission payments, the implementation of a new system to cope with the changing regulatory environment and the overseeing of regular day to day functions to ensure the minimal disruption to our clients and IFAs.
