We are able in our small but resourceful Kitchen to make almost everything from scratch ..we like to try and set our own trends and also make are own variations off some already well established foreign cuisines. We use long standing local suppliers for over 60% of our products as we believe it is only right to suppport and give back to the community we serve . We are a highly professional and industrious team with high standards and stand over the product and service that we provide.

Recently I have set a new band that is gaining a strong fan Base in North wicklow named Hot Property ..we have several gigs under our belt now we a wide variety of music... ranging from modern classics ...to old blues .. i love to put my own twist on all songs that i do...I also write my own material which I really enjoy.. although I've only been doing this for 3 to 4 year I hope to gain more experience by putting myself out there ...I also have 3 kids who always love to join in and give my their imput into what they like to hear :-)
