Equation Properties is run by Simon Holley who has 35 years’ experience in the UK Commercial Property market and equips an unparalleled access to off-market deal flow.After graduating from Reading University in 1979, Simon joined DTZ where he became a partner before joining Brian Cooper and Company as an equity partner. Simon was also a co-founder of Gatehouse Investment Management Ltd, a senior partner of Holley Blake and subsequently became the Chairman of Agency & Development at CBRE following a corporate acquisition of Holley Blake in 2006. Simon was the founding principal of Altyon Partners LLP, and has teamed up with some of the largest players in the UK market over the years and has previously advised major corporates such as Oracle and Nokia. More recently, Simon founded Equation Properties in 2014. Equation Properties specialisesin development in the industrial and distribution sector, usually in a joint venture capacity with investment funds or other developers.
