I am highly accomplished financial consultant with extensive experience in relationship management, bank branch management and credit management. I also have over 10 years experience working within banking remediation projects. This has involved undertaking file review activities, leading customer calling programmes, initiation and leading/design of pre project sampling activities for multiple remediation projects with a major world wide bank. My specialist skills include analysing and interpreting financial statements (including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow), risk assessment, monitoring and control, and restructuring. I also have comprehensive working knowledge of reporting and credit risk analysis systems including RMP,CARM, Cradle and RAROE. I have also learnt how to interpret complex data and present findings from overlaying such date on customer record findings.Whilst I retired from mainstream banking customer relationships in May 2012 I have been delighted to keep my hand in by promoting the Together brand in Kent. Together are providers of secured property funding and they share my customer service ethos. I was one of the first six people in the UK approached by Together to undertake this role - cohort 1 they now have around 100 Ambassadors.Following an approach from a contact first established in the early 1980's in July 2023 I also became an Ambassador for Broadway Insurance Brokers I love working with others and leading teams. My excellent communication skills and approachable, friendly attitude enable effective engagement across all levels of business, while I also have outstanding networking skills and relationship development skills, both internally and externally. I am responsible, stable and highly focused, with the ability to pre-empt problems before they arise. As a good problem solver and decision maker, I am equally effective working in a team or independently on my own initiative, while I enjoy taking ownership of a task and finding creative solutions to complex problems. The type of role which excites me most is a consultancy position that makes full use of my extensive financial management knowledge and expertise.
