Responsible for managing internal and external field teams within the Network Services department.

Provide installation, support and maintenance of Airwave Tetra radio communications, Mobile Data Terminals, Blue lights and sirens, Command & Control ICCS and Mobilisation systems for the Public Safety and Emergency services network and vehicles.Carry out site surveys and reactive maintenance on the RNLI and Maritime Coastguard Agency Call Out and Communications systems at station end and remote hill top locations.Providing support and maintenance on Network Services contracts for Sky Broadband, BT and Virgin Media, working in telephone exchanges, street cabinets, roof tops and customer premises.Carry out on-site survey of BT LLU TIES & TAM equipment prior to installation.Lead engineer on installation worksites, carrying out worksite audits, ensuring Health & Safety RAMS are followed and carrying out Quality Assurance checks of installed equipment to ensure compliance.A point of Escalation supporting the Service Desk in resourcing 24/7 on-call field engineers.Produce and manage engineering resource rotas and technical bulletins for the field force.Create and deliver training material to engineers on new and existing products and services.
