Lead business analyst on the Margin Reform Program (margin on uncleared derivatives).- Managed the functional relationship with Murex (SCB were the devleopment partner for their collateral offering) - Project Manager/Lead BA for the Korea margin reform which required end-to-end current state analysis, impact assessment, delivery of new systems (e.g. Legal Repository System), running a working group and reporting to both in-country management and project committees- Defined and agreed scope and functional design for all aspects of the Program- Managed BA’s in multiple international locations- Represented SCB at industry working groups and brought findings back to Project working Group/Steering Committee

Initially, part of a working group designed to deliver initial and strategic uplift across the Commonwealth Bank Commodities trading business by facilitating the implementation of new product for the Global Commodites business in Murex which involved:- Configured, tested and validated new product in Murex.- Tested Murex interfaces to downstream risk and finance systems.- Facilitated sign-off with all impacted business units: FO, Risk, Finance, Ops, Confirmations.- Produced Murex configuration documentation to facilitate deployment of new product to Production.- Increased product and functional capability which lead to increased revenues.This then progressed into Lead BA on migration of Global Commodities business from Murex 2.11 to Murex 3.1
