Promotion to Business Manager - a role that entailed B2B and B2C sales. Developed and maintained the relationship with particular dealerships over the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland. Kept in regular contact with my allocated dealers, speaking a couple of times a week. Aim was to drive business in the form of finance proposals by maintaining a good working relationship and selling the use of CF247 Dealers service over other competitor brokers. Once achieved, the dealership were give access to the CF247 funding line as well as being paid commission on any deals completed. Once business had been won, the role would entail trying to get the customer the best deal possible from the CF247 lending panel by placing the applications with the best possible lenders and appealing/disputing any decisions where possible on behalf of the customer. Once an approval was given, as a Business Manager I would then sell the deal and rate to the customer and be their point of contact throughout the process of buying a vehicle on finance.
