PGA Fellow Golf Professional (AA) based at the PGA National Training Academy, located at the PGA Headquarters, The Belfry.Head of the PGA Training programme.Ensuring the effective design, development, delivery and evaluation of the PGA training programme. Responsible for the team of Training Executives and the Tutors, Examiners and Mentors that help to assess and deliver the courses.Working with the PGA's academic collaborative partners and awarding bodies, the University of Birmingham and the University of Highlands and Islands to ensure the programme meets the quality assurance and regulations of both organisations, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the PGA.Module Leader and lecturer for the Equipment Technology and Custom Fitting modules on the AGMS Degree programme.Until the recent role change manager of the Custom Fitting and Equipment Technology and Rule of Golf modules on the Foundation Degree in Professional Golf Studies programme.Responsible for the iVLE (interactive virtual learning environment) learning platform on the Foundation Degree programme - where all the learning material is held for over 1000 students and tutors participating on the course.
