Went to appeal,. £5million S106 payment negotiated- £4million conversion of redundant offices in Knightsbridge into high quality residential apartments ( value circa £1.2million per flat ) -works finished on time and on budgetOffice- 60,000 sq ft new build office in Bristol, planning achieved, ground investigation works on site, GMP cost agreed with contractor- £3.0million refurb of vacant office space ( 40,000 sq ft) in Bristol, completed on time and under budget. Development pre-let. Tenant damages of £50,000 per week not levied as works completed on timeRetail - Comprehensive redevelopment and interlinking of 2no adjoining retail parks in Durham, works incl new access road, new units, redevelopment of existing units. Project costs £6million- New retail park in Maidstone, 15,000 sq ft retail and 7500 dq ft restaurant. Remediation works works completed on siteIndustrial - £3million redevelopment of industrial estate in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh. My role was as Employers Agent and involved a 100% successful defence of adjudication proceedings initiated by the Contractor against the Employer, a result virtually unprecedented in adjudication.Handel House Museum, London - Project Cost £2.5 millionWorks comprised within the Grade 1 listed original home of Handel, the re-creation of original 18th century interior and fittings. The property was a derelict shell which was subject to wholesale redevelopment without compromising historical accuracy. The project was funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and subject to strict financial controls. Scheme completed on time and £8k under budget.Pallant House Gallery, Chichester - project cost £7.5millionWorks comprised the redevelopment of the Gallery with a substantial extension to increase the floorspace.
