The project is Australia's largest Social PPP with a capex of $2.8b. Responsible for all Financial activities including adherence to finance covenants and managing the engagement with 6 institutional investors, 30 member Bank Group and reporting to the client (South Australian Government) on Financial matters.Company Secretary duties include Board Reporting and undertaking commercial management activities that involve the review and implementation of a complex contractual structure. Oversight of implementation of corporate governance practices (act as Board Integrity Officer) and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.As Senior Manager within the Asset Management team, contribution is made to the SPV Management solution on new tenders, support the identification of value adding innovation proposals on the existing portfolio of assets and engagement in Pacific Partnerships legal structuring and Company Secretarial requirements.

Examples include the divestment of the RBS Infrastructure team to the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and implementation of major Australian re-structure involving offshoring of business units, consolidation of business activities and outsourcing.* Delegated Authority responsible for executing deal documentation on behalf on the Bank and ensuring all necessary polices and procedures were adhered to.* Substantial Board experience across numerous Infrastructure related SPVs - involved oversight of the Bank's equity investments and applying strong corporate governance practices.* Established key relationships across all levels of the local business and engagement with offshore senior management.
