Led a team of engineers to uplift the CI/CD maturity of the enterprise address management system at NBN. Over the course of the engagement, while continuing to fully support project delivery tasks, full deployment automation was introduced and maintained by the team through the use of Jenkins and Ansible technologies.The capability uplift enabled a later project which involved a full DC to AWS migration. Working with an NBN partner, the team was able to successfully migrate the platform to AWS in a traditional “lift and shift” project. The migration to the AWS platform enabled more complex automation features to be introduced into the environments which was not available in the previous traditional DC architecture.
