In life and in work I believe in looking after those around me, contributing and appreciating others contributions, and creating an inclusive environment, where we can be ourselves and have some fun. I have an entrepreneurial and dynamic approach, which drives me to empower my teams to perform and enjoy their work through leaning into their skills. I believe that if I put my employees and our customers goals first, we can lift our vision and therefore raise our collective performance to a higher standard. Running three of the largest new divisions of Ricoh, including our recent software acquisitions (Axon Ivy and Docuware), I am aligning our innovation and marketing strategy with the organisational structure to deliver complex solutions to customers business challenges. In partnership with these customers, we have many fantastic examples of co-creation & invention that drive their businesses forward in ways they never would have imagined on their own. I thrive when we are pushing boundaries and bringing diverse teams together to leverage new technologies in the fields of automation and AI, and building something new along the way. Fulfillment through work is the key to engagement, but I live to be a good husband to my wife Jessica and father to our two amazing sons, and also a great friend to those who know me. I love life, continually learning, enjoying new experiences and always being active… mostly outdoors and almost always with a smile on my face.
