· I spent 2.5yrs as a Chassis PL until I was as a high performer seconded in to support the Body Engineering team effectively and efficiently introduce the Body PHEV changes on to Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.· As a Chassis engineering Programme Leader I was responsible for the chassis aspects covering SSA, SST, Brakes, SW&T, ORC, C&MCS and vehicle dynamics for the P6 & D6 powertrain introductions into both the Range Rover and the Range Rover Sport as well as all chassis content for the 50th anniversary special limited edition, and the launch of the new V8 Defender, and aspects of 130 wheelbase – all on the D7u platform.· I am currently responsible for overseeing the Programme delivery of Body engineering systems and components to enable phev introduction into the new Range Rover and Range Rover Sport, covering aspects of BIW, Exteriors & Lighting, Cabin, Climate and Lids – on the new MLA high architecture. · I am accountable for meeting programme technical & commercial targets and delivering to project timing gateways. I motivate and influence indirectly a team of 5-8 Module leaders and approximately 20-25 component and CAD engineers by communicating clearly and regularly.· I hold the team to account and represent and report out in cross functional reviews on the team’s status, as well as being the face of the team for periodic senior manager and directors reviews.· I was rated as a great performer in my last year-end review and was commended for my networking skills, task force management and high level of enthusiasm.

· Module Leader / Project Manager responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of Suspension System Architecture components for D7a SUVs including but not limited to the suspension corner assemblies, front & rear sub-frames, transmission & engine mounts and the associated VAC systems & compliant mounts within Chassis Product Engineering. · Accountable for meeting programme technical & commercial targets and delivering to project timing gateways. I manage component quality, cost & mass with a combined budget to date of £40m in Tooling and D&D, and £3k of component piece price per vehicle for lifetime volumes. · On a day to day basis indirectly responsible for approximately 20 component and CAD engineers which demands the ability to motivate and influence others, and strong problem solving skills to ensure all business targets are met. · I represented and reported out on the team’s status in various forums including daily and weekly programme team meetings, as well as periodic senior manager and directors reviews. I also work with external suppliers and can communicate with them in fluent German where appropriate.

· I was responsible for delivery and quality assurance of the BTEC Level 3 Engineering course at The Manchester College, teaching and having taught mainly technical subjects including Engineering Maths, Mechanical Science, Physics and CAD.

· Motorsports Engineering degree Course Leader and Race Team Logistics Manager, lecturing Motorsports Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management as well as Maths, Mechanical Science and CAD.
