Root cause analysis plays a large part of my role and I provide Level Zero reports and carry out Practical Problem Solving. I was responsible for Process knowledge audits and creating Red Alerts to provide information on issues when required. I represented Mulsanne at PDI meetings with Quality. I work cross functionally with any other departments that may be involved with an issue. I provide concise information and instruction, give hands on experience as and when required. Final 1 responsibilities are to maintain the processes at zone level ensuring that the SWCs and VBS's are kept up to date and to solve any issues that arise on the production line. Ensuring the correct implementation of any Engineering changes, concessions and permits is vital to aid production and to meet legislation requirements.
