Leading the SC Analytics team that consists of multiple Data analysts and Data scientists. SC Analytics is responsible for advanced data analytics and data science in the ever expanding supply chain network of Action. We transform supply chain data into value for all kinds of organization levels, to enable data driven decisions making. We do this by creating Business Insights, performing E2E data analyses, building forecasting and other predictive models, and developing simulation and optimization models.

Responsible for setting up this new department, that is part of the supply chain department. I lead the team that consists of ‘data analysts’ and an ‘operations auditor’. The team is concerned with monitoring the logistics processes in all European Action DC’s. We analyze the processes operational and data based, and consult in order to improve the operation. We give deeper insights in the processes and support fact based decision making. I am also product owner of the supply chain KPI reports and dashboards in the BI environment.

Responsible for the departments goods receipt, internal pallets logistics, returns, and facilities. (+/- 85 FTE). I managed the teamleads responsible for these departments and supported them where needed. Next to that I was responsible for continuous development of these departments
