Overall, I am responsible for the fulfillment process of merchandise as well as helping to achieve sales plan by ensuring proper placement and flow of new merchandise. My other operational duties include floor moves, replenishment, inventory, shortage control, stockroom organization and merchandising. In addition to these core responsibilities, I also:Assist with, and supervise, workload throughout the store in conjunction with Merchandise Team ManagerOrganize fulfillment workload in absence of Manager; focus on re-checks and hard to find itemsProcess fulfillment orders Ensure all merchandise is delivered to appropriate area for item to be packed/shippedCommunicate with department staff fulfillment resultsMotivate team to ensure that department goals of customer service, productivity, efficiency and quality are being met and properly balancedOversee replenishment of stock onto the sales floorReview the flow of merchandise on a daily basisAssist in markdown and inventory processOversee processing of damaged goods, store transfers, return to vendor merchandise and clearance setsRemain sensitive to the store needs and assist in other areas, as needed
