Working for managed service providers has meant I've worked with organisations in many different industries and many different sizes, helping them achieve the most from their environments.In the past few years in my current role, I have developed our technology portfolio which we offer our clients, aligning this to the huge evolution we have seen in technology, especially within cloud, security and more recently AI. Supporting many clients means the solutions we deliver for them must be secure, make the absolute most of the technology and evolve with the fast pace of change that the IT industry brings.Some of the key areas • Built and developed the use of key infrastructure technologies which we provide our clients. This includes key platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.• Developed several security services that provide our clients with the security they need for their organisation, ensuring that they’re at less risk of being a victim of a cyber-attack.• Developed standards for our product portfolio to ensure consistency throughout our client base.• Developed training standards for our technical and sales teams.• Built a team of technology professionals to deliver our technology solutions.• Designing and delivering webinar and in person events, both internally and externally to help deliver the message and importance of the services and solutions we provide.
