Working for managed service providers has meant I've worked with organisations in many different industries and many different sizes, helping them achieve the most from their environments.In the past few years in my current role, I have developed our technology portfolio which we offer our clients, aligning this to the huge evolution we have seen in technology, especially within cloud, security and more recently AI. Supporting many clients means the solutions we deliver for them must be secure, make the absolute most of the technology and evolve with the fast pace of change that the IT industry brings.Some of the key areas • Built and developed the use of key infrastructure technologies which we provide our clients.
