- Drive a sustainability culture across the Base Metals business (Indonesia, Canada, and beyond).- Work with senior leaders and operational teams to manage and improve social impacts (e.g., related to human rights, local development, climate change, land use, other areas). - Contribute to improved socio-economic development outcomes on the ground.- Monitor and act on sustainability trends and changes globally and nationally. - Engage with customers, NGOs, investors, and others and represent company’s interests externally. - Support Corporate ESG team on disclosure, policy development, stakeholder engagement.
