Senior Information Manger
Current- Lead on acute activity planning for 2021-22 Operating Plan for BI; working across sector with provider BI leads and Heads of Performance and Planning, developing tools to facilitate timely analysis of planned activity against NHSE baselines, and in sector recovery position against National ERF trajectories- Promote and led by example cross department working to foster good working relationships and develop a coordinated supportive approach to working across the information function of the CCG's.- Provide information and detailed advice to influence organisational policy across different areas such as Local Delivery Plans, Performance Management, Benchmarking, and Service Level Agreements.- Responsible for the development and delivery of new information systems and information flows to collect and store data, analyse and automate information reporting and presentation.- Undertake analysis of highly complex and varied datasets, using advanced statistical techniques using Excel, Access, Specialist statistical software, VBA and SQL programming skills.- Undertake ad-hoc analysis of highly complex and varied datasets upon request from service managers, often with little prior warning, under pressure to tight deadlines.- To Interpret and present clear and unambiguous information to inform the functions carried out by the CCG's.- To assess the information needs of the CCG's and reporting systems to meet these needs and to review these needs on a regular basis.- Develop and ensure implementation and compliance of information strategies to enable the effective functioning of the CCG's, in a changing environment, responding to both external and internal pressures in line with, and when appropriate, influencing CCG's information strategy.- Provide regular team briefings on CCG's strategies and priorities ensuring all staff know how they contribute to the business
