With this information we were able tighten financial and payment controls to nearly eliminate these discrepancies.• Successfully reengineered the SNSW payment receiving gateway and removed duplicates which were processed and identified transactions which had not been processed totalling in the millions each year.• Implemented KRONOS across 130+ SNSW service centres reducing manual effort and improving compliance with a direct integration to SAP Payroll. • Designed and Implemented bank agnostic payment solutions for the GOVConnect ERP which supports 9 Clusters and 58 Agencies.• Implemented the TM1 budgeting and reporting system for the Department of Customer Service.• Built and developed the SAPConnect team of professionals with a mandate to standardise business process and ICT systems. It was a priority project for the Cluster to consolidate all the Cluster ERP systems onto one instance of SAP platform.• Produced a roadmap for SAP to move to S4 which was approved, and funding has been allocated.
