Worked in Child Development Department as Child welfare officer conducting Child to Child program in Primary Schools by Initiating students clubs activities through CtC approach.I also worked as Community Counselor helping people with multiple needs related to health service.

Worked as Interventionist and Team Supervisor on Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)My role was Offering Supervision to Counselors in TF-CBT Study conducted in Moshi - Tanzania and Bungoma - Kenya . Responsibilities included weekly calls with US experts, weekly meetings with counselors, overseeing counselor practice and quality improvement in situations of child safety/serious problems.

The project aimed to study the effectiveness of Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in treating traumatic grief and traumatic stress for orphaned children and young adolescents in Moshi, Tanzania through a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). My role was to help children and their care giver through conducting group therapy and individual session.by using TF CBT components.
