As the Gender-Based and Sexual Violence Stand Coordinator at SAFE DeVinci, I organize and oversee prevention and support stands during student events. My responsibilities include managing teams, handling materials, raising awareness, and supporting victims of VSS. I ensure the well-being of volunteers and provide event feedback through debriefs with organizers and student association leadership.

Participation in the association's awareness-raising activities, including International Women's Rights Day as well as awareness days about menstruation, consent and feminism. Holding a stand to combat gender-based and sexual violence (SGBV) during student parties in order to listen and protect victims of SGBV and bring a more secure atmosphere to student parties. Participation in awareness-raising activities in Ile de France middle and high schools to teach students the importance of consent.

During my internship in Delft, I joined the finance team in a period of transformation, with the goal of automating their financial control processes. My role focused on developing data visualization and analysis tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.Created an automated report on Power BI, compiling the company’s financial inflows and outflows, with daily updates that run independently and continuously.Developed custom reports for each department, providing a clear and intuitive view of their financial flows to support better decision-making.Contributed to the digitalization and simplification of processes, significantly reducing time spent on manual tasks.This internship allowed me to enhance my skills in data management, report automation, and visualization through Power BI, while actively contributing to the improvement of the company’s financial practices.

As President of the association, I was in charge of the administrative and financial management activities, including the preparation of the annual budget and business planning. In my role, I had to prepare and deliver presentations to the EMLV Board of Directors to get their final approval. I had the opportunity to manage all team managers and coordinate with other stakeholders to run events, broadcast WebTV channels, and establish partnerships.

Team coordinator, recruitment and management of staff, monitoring of activities and results and intermediary with the President of the association. Responsible for managing eighteen team managers of the association who were involved in national competitions. We won 2 national titles this year.

Managing a small team of gamers which consisted of coaching and supporting them with day-to-day logistics and demonstrating how to be successful in preparation for upcoming competitions.

I was responsible for supporting my manager with the daily management of the company's online sales platform and the website performance improvements with Google Analytics (SEO).
