As the Practice Lead for StratAgile, I am responsible for managing enterprise platform projects across marketing automation, web platforms, and mobile applications using a cross-functional team. My role involves providing techno-functional leadership to ensure global deliveries and adoption of cutting-edge technologies for our clients.Some of my key achievements include designing and delivering a .NET core + angular platform for a Mobile Virtual Network Operator, setting up a Salesforce marketing cloud solution for an EMEA client with 100 countries and 50+ languages, and delivering a 1000+ pages Drupal 9 website upgrade from Drupal 7 with a creative refresh. I have also designed and delivered mobile applications using both Native and flutter technologies for various clients.In my role as the Practice Lead for regional projects, I am responsible for solutioning and technology selection, evaluating and adopting new technologies, and managing and delivering projects on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Worked with Mirum Agency as a technology consultant and Project manager. Worked as a consultant project manager handling different clients including Singapore Tourism Board and Gardens by the bay. Delivered Singapore Tourism Board’s website www.yourrsingapore.com with complete revamp and new functionalities. The site is built upon the Adobe cloud technology and AWS. Currently working on revamping the website for Gardens by the bay, Singapore.

Role: Vice President – Project Manager Futures Change APAC RBSI have managed the prime services projects for front office, middle office and back office for the APAC region. My duties involved delivering the projects in a timely manner, providing technical advice, engage stakeholders and co-ordinate, mentoring and managing the team efficiently. Implemented Cameron FIX engine, an industry leading FIX solution for ASIA FIX capability project.  Managed and delivered the DMA (Direct Market Access) capability project through the initiation, definition, development, testing and delivery. This was very successful delivery and much appreciated by the business team. Also managed many broker onboarding for APAC markets. Managed and delivered the ASX and Hong Kong clearing membership projecta. Worked with Exchange, vendors and various internal teams to deliver the projects on time. Managed the setup and configuration of new servers, Clearvision (clearing application from SunGard), downstream feeds, settlements, migration from broker etc.  Handled regular governance calls with global stakeholders to ensure timely status, risks and issues updates.

Credit Suisse, Singapore Role: Quality Assurance Manager for Reference DataIn this role as a QA manager I have successfully managed quality projects for many reference data applications with a team of 15 professionals. With a very good understanding and experience in other areas of Software Development Life Cycle, I was able to influence other teams very effectively. I have also contributed to implement SDLC+ (a light version of SDLC) in Reference Data QA group. Coordinated and discussed the new projects with the development teams and business teams and delivered them in the required time frame. Reviewed the test plans, distributed work to the team and guided them in building and executing the test cases. Attended the production release decision meetings and helped in making the go-no go production release decisions. Provided the defects trends and reports on project time lines to senior management on a weekly basis. 2. Credit Suisse, North Carolina, USA Role: Technical Team Lead (including training and set up of a new team at the new Credit Suisse office in Raleigh, North Carolina, U.S.) Established an independent team at the new Credit Suisse development and support center in Raleigh, US. Trained the new recruits on the reference data applications and the Credit Suisse core tools. Established and documented procedures for handling the critical aspects of the applications during a production incident.  Prepared training materials for the structured training for the new team members. Succeeded in making the team an independent support team by providing classroom training & hands on training. Supported and trained the new hires on 10 different reference data applications including many mission critical applications. Project-managed releases of applications including planning, coordination, development and testing.

It offers retail investment services in various financial sectors like equities, mutual funds, insurance, futures, etc.My role here involved support and maintenance of the portal www.icicidirect.com. Also played a vital role in the design, development and implementation of the mobile banking services for ICICI Bank, first such services offered to customers in India in 2003. Played a vital role in design, development and implementation of mobile banking gateway, a project to promote the use of mobile devices in banking. Automated most of the repetitive support tasks like reconciliations, application health checks which helped the support staff to function effectively. developed a convenient and effective e-mailing system which included an automated rule based mailing. This helped to handle the banks growing bulk emailing requirements. Developed a monitoring tool, which monitors the trading systems and alerts support team of any events. Developed tools for effective customer relationship management. Documented and created a repository of common support issues and the methods to handle them.
