Directly reporting to Project Manager. •Responsible for maintaining the company Safety Management System. •In charge of the Noise Monitoring at site •Responsible for recommending the appropriate PPE and safety equipment for work activities •Responsible for the evaluation of the Site hazardous materials & Substances. •Ensure safety data sheets(SDS) are made available and are updated • Liaise with MOM, NEA and PUB on all safety, health and environment matters •Responsible for taking charge of SHE implementation •Organize and conduct safety induction for all employees prior to start of work •Enforce companies SHE policies & procedures •Assisting in developing and implement the risk management •Review companies safe work procedures •Responsible for doing Incident/Accident Investigation Report •Implementation of SHE award program and safety promotion activities such as safety banners, posters, safety and health campaigns / exhibitions •Responsible for liaising with HSE officer/manager from Subcontractors and Client (HDB) •In-charge of planning and organizing evacuation drills to be carried out •To act as the Site Emergency Coordinator for emergency response
