Current22 years experience in-depth understanding of blown extrusion and converting processes with a strong focus on technological developments.Technical expert for extrusion process, products, and new technologies.Mentor and provide guidance to extrusion team members.Lead successful startup and implementation of new or modified equipmentInitiate and conduct studies or projects for new processes, process changes, and/or improvements to Improve product quality, and increase production efficiency and decrease standard cost.Collaboration with customers and suppliers on project matters, process capability studies, product quality issues.Manage material selection, it's testing and process development.Manage trials being conducted in extrusion.Technical sales process support.High experience level in products like FFS, shrink and compressive films, stretch-hood, surface protective films, MDO technologies, breathable films, high barrier packaging solutions.Participation in the design of new extrusion plants - choice of equipment and technology transfer.
