After more than 10 years as Sika Switzerland's Technical Service Manager and Product Engineer, I'm well experienced in adhesive technologies and all kinds of industrial bonding applications. I have technically accompanied countless customer projects in many marketfields from the first drawings to the implementation of a serial production: from bonding windshields of cars and busses to entire front cabs of trains, glass façades on skyscrapers, solar panels, washing machines, sandwich panels, window manufacturing and many more...Furthermore I'm a people inspiring team leader with a strong technical / chemical background. My precise analytical and logical thinking and take on issues combined with my ethical and caring attitude towards people and strong entrepreneurial spirit are making me a problem solver of all kind of problems, both managerial and technical kind.I've attended many management and leadership trainings over the course of my current employment and I bring along a broad skillset, i.e. chemical knowledge, leadership, marketing, product management, quality management, languages (German, English, French).
