Initial focus was on resolving tactical operational issues whilst securing approval for the mid-term systems strategy.Since then we have grown significantly both financially and internationally by adding multiple territories which quite unique challenges as a direct retailer trading notably across all channels.Completed a full website re-platforming that supported 4 country specific sites at the time and was trading over £100m. Both head office and main warehouse have been relocated and we are nearing the final phase of a company wide ERP replacement program based on MS Dynamics AX. -
