Key responsibilities and contributions.• Checking of goods received in the warehouse either by evaluation of Batch certificate / Certificate of Analysis or Physical Inspection.• Ensuring Certificates of Analysis (COAs) submitted conform to finished product specifications and entering COAs in the database thereafter.• Screening of product dossiers for prequalification.• Filing and updating of supplier files and qualified product dossiers.• Documenting batch recalls and product alerts accordingly.• Controlled locker items handling and inventory management.• Staff training.• Inventory reconciliation.• Product destruction.• Supervision of pest control treatment activities.• Monitoring and analyzing temperature and humidity data.• Handling and management of quarantine and quarantine procedures.Quality Management System(QMS) related responsibilities• Undertake and support companywide quality programs and quality standards in accordance with company requirements.• Implement and support a continuous auditing program whereby processes are continually reviewed, outcomes analyzed, and improvements identified in line with changes to business objectives.• Ensuring that any actions arising from the processes below are addressed and tracked: Risk management  Change control Nonconformance Reports Complaints and Inventory: reconciliation 0f corrective and preventive actions. External audit corrective and preventive actions. Internal audit corrective and preventive actions.• Effectively documenting the business system and ensuring QMS related documents, records, and information are maintained and accessible.

• My main responsibility is making sure orders are raised in good time and within the reorder levels to avoid any shortages or overstocks. • Ensuring all items received are in good order, within the expiry guideline of 12 months, genuine and match with the related LPOs.• Using my knowledge to identify counterfeit and substandard items during receiving and reporting such cases to the relevant authority when necessary.• Approving new items not stocked before which is critical to make sure we don’t end up with dead stocks.• Managing clients orders especially for large orders and repeat prescriptions making sure all items are available and no clients are missing their orders due to stock outs.• Bringing in new suppliers, agreeing terms and negotiating better agreements with the suppliers. This is important in managing the supplier accounts to avoid account suspensions due to late payments which can be brought about by poor record keeping and follow up.• Making sure all invoices are posted correctly and following up on items not supplied and making sure in such scenarios a credit note has been raised and attached to the said invoice.• Expiry management. Ensuring all products received are within the 12 months’ guideline agreed with all suppliers. Also making sure products are arranged in FEFO(first expiry first out) method. Tagging all short expiry products to make them top priority.

Consult with hundreds of physicians and patients to fill prescriptions, review side effects, discuss drug interactions and resolve medication delivery problems.• Improved drug-inventory management system to reduce waste and eliminate back orders. • Was instrumental in the push for price reviews that were formally too high and non-competitive to our customers and thereby increasing our footfall.
