FLUX was founded in Taipei in March 2014. In the beginning, the team had gathered people talented in different fields, including hardware, software, and design. In the same year, the team went to Silicon Valley, and successfully raised 1.6 million dollars from Kickstarter backers from all over the world. In 2015, the team moved back to Taiwan and 100% focused on the product development. By April 2016, the team has shipped their products to 64 different countries in the world. In 2017, FLUX launched the second generation of FLUX Delta+ - the versatile 3D printer and Beambox - the smart desktop laser cutter. FLUX aims to let digital fabrication become accessible, and help people achieve their great works.

Founded in 2020, XNEX focused on offering flexible yet robust software for robots in dynamic and volatile environments, building up the fundamental technology for automation in the next generation and making robots easier to use.

Botrista is a Silicon Valley-based company that provides an end-to-end solution in the beverage space, offering the world's most advanced automated beverage solution for crafting premium healthy beverages that only take 10 seconds to make.
