Simon is an experienced Security Engineer with a demonstrated history of working on Federal, State and Local Government projects, as well as projects for private sector clients.Simon has had a wide range of experiences across multiple areas of Security, with key experience in:- Providing advice to Australian Government agencies on the design and construction of physical security zones- Design, configuration, acceptance testing and commissioning of security alarm, access control, intercom and closed circuit televisions systems- Production of documentation for, and audit of complex ICT systems in accordance with Australian Government requirements- Security risk assessments through all stages of the engineering life cycle to inform design, monitor risk through design, and assess & manage residual risk- Establishing and maintaining a 'Product Security' program for key Defence capability, incorporating Physical, ICT (Cyber), Emanations and Resilience. In additional to his work in the Security space, Simon also has experience in:- Telecommunications design for security installations, and general installations including design of infrastructure, RF links and Ethernet networks.- Contributing towards security forward planning, and month end earned value management- Project management and design management of small and medium projects, and working as part of an integrated team on major projects.
