• Managed Institute-wide R&D and pilot GMP manufacturing activities; handled regulatory affairs of with government agencies such as Department of Health, TGA, FDA, etc.; Managed research and pilot manufacturing projects with public and private sectors; • Planned, designed, built and managed the first and only FDA registered and Australian TGA certified GMP pilot fermentation facility (500L scale with class 10,000 to Class 100,000 clean rooms) for the manufacture of phase I and Phase II clinical grade biopharmaceuticals and vaccines; Collaborators/clients included local and multinational institutes/companies such as NIH, WHO, Queensland Institute of Medical Research, F.
