I am a senior investment manager with nearly 20 years’ experience in real estate markets. My excellent technical skills in valuation and financial analysis are coupled with particular strengths in the understanding and forecasting of the macroeconomic environment and its market impact.In my current role at Clearance Capital, I co-manage more than $0.5BN in assets spread across a number of strategies. A co-founder of the business, I have played a key role in the development and management of the investment process, built up a team and delivered consistent outperformance for more than a decade.My deep knowledge of the investible market in Europe, the key drivers of performance and the potential risks and pitfalls, mean I am able to quickly identify and accurately value assets that meet client mandates and offer potential for strong returns.My approach to the investment process seeks primarily to establish buy-to-hold positions that are set to deliver strong returns over the medium to long term. This may involve looking at listed assets that are not well covered or not well understood by the wider market and that demonstrate potential to generate sustainable high returns.
