 Managing a team of around 100 for global projects in Enterprise Architecture, Capital Market Prime Service and QA area for investment banking business Engaging with clients for project initiation, resource estimation and team building  Participate in the PMO activities at corporate level for Offshore Development Center build up. Actively involved in building Center of Excellence in multiple areas based on client’s need Lead the offshore development team for successful project delivery. The projects under my guidance have been highly endorsed by client as “achieved something in less as 4 months that could take other major Indian firms more than one year to achieve”

 Lead a 50+ tech/operation team consisting of both R&D and system support engineers. Responsible for developing company’s Behavior Based Target Marketing System and maintaining the stability of the national network integrated with retailer’s own POS system. Successfully expanded the national network from 100 plus to over 300 stores in a short one year period  Lead the innovation of technology to support the sales team to provide marketing solutions for manufactures. Work with other dept (sales, retail development, and operation) to make sure we provide perfect service for customers. Keep executive level contacting with retailers and POS development companies to integrate Sweetmart’s system with POS system and resolve the critical issues arising in operation. Participating company’s build-up at executive level including budgeting, annual planning, recruiting and company’s culture building.

 As department head, involve in the company management activities such as annual budget, strategic planning, recruitment and cooperate culture cultivation in GuangZhou office  Manage the projects in System Department, such as cost estimation, scheduling, project team building, cost control and project progress monitoring. Projects in System Department include customization development work (for Guangzhou Honda) and ERP package implementation (based on NEC’s Explanner and IFS software) for dozens of customers  Daily office operation management and alliance company management (contract, SE dispatch etc) .  Promote CMMI L3 based Quality Management System in Guangzhou office as head of SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group)

• Participating the senior management operations like expanding the development team, deciding company development strategy and guiding the daily development work. • Leading the CMMI coordination team for company’s CMMI appraisal endeavor • Managing the Fabric and Trim and Line Optimizer products under the company’s PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/CRM (Collaborate Relationship Management) software suite used for garment retail industry. • Communicating with US counterpart to analyze customer requirements; collecting requirement documents needed for product development, and conveying the requirements to development team • Guiding the development teams to successfully develop and deliver the products. During the period, managing to turn around a product development team that had never delivered the products on time before into a team that delivered the products on time and on quality for the first time in its history. • As a liaison between service team and development team, convey the needs for QFEs (Quick Fix for Engineering) for the products delivered to development team and deliver them to customers

• Lead terminal team in software release and development for the flagship KINGNet product, a multimedia public telephony access system combining Internet access, email, video conferencing and telephony services. The work involves product design, specification drafting for implementation of new features, maintaining the release build for the product, and integrating the modules developed by team members. Maintaining the source code control and working with customers to make sure product deployed successfully is also part of the job. Also the work includes coordinating with other teams such as server group to make sure KINGNet terminals reporting properly to server as a complete solution for public access systems. • Participate the development work for terminal component. Most of the work involves developing the new features for terminal using Visual Studio (C++, VB) under Windows NT and Windows 2000 environment. The development work covers from Internet browsing, credit card, chip card and cash (coin and bill) payment, email sending and receiving, voice modem and RAS access through ISDN modem dialing as well as printer spooling. The coding is developed in multi-thread mode to make sure each service in the application working asynchronously.

• As one of the founders of the company, raised US$ 3MM and established a 3D web clothing trying service company. The service is using the technology that reconstruct the 3D human body model using the measurements of human’s breast, waist etc. Also applying the material parameters of fabric to simulate the 3D effect of clothing on human body • As the tech director of the company, lead the tech team to develop the 3D platform and integrating it with Gyboree, Mayfair and Fifth Avenue etc major clothing maker’s web site and provide 3D web clothing trying service. .
