The main difference now is that duties include ensuring the wellbeing, organization, and instruction of the counselors I would supervise. This included gathering the materials needed for the day's activities, working with other Ridge Leaders to coordinate large camp-wide events, and addressing concerns brought up by counselors in regard to child management, program planning, or internal disputes among other counselors.
