Experienced manager and educated auditor at PwC Denmark and Deloitte.During my time at PwC & Deloitte, I was a leading team manager providing professional assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients in the SME market and multinational companies operating in various industries, including privately-owned and listed companies. The diversity of clients, with varying levels of requested accounting assistance and support in accounting, budgeting, etc., has also given me broad experience with different ERP and accounting systems, as well as a fundamental understanding of various aspects of business operations at different levels.At PwC & Deloitte, I also acted as a mentor for young and talented colleagues to help them reach their goals and maximize their full potential.During my time at Greenland Ruby, I have been involved in many different aspects of business operations from a financial perspective, such as establishing a finance department from scratch and taking on direct leadership responsibility for the group’s internal and external financial reporting on a monthly and yearly basis, as well as the group’s external financial audit process, including both domestic and foreign companies. In total, this involved a double-digit number of entities operating in various countries with diverse financial and tax environments.Due to the group’s geographic expansion, I have also gained experience in due diligence processes and practical experience in establishing subsidiaries and setting up companies, along with procedures and protocols for operations in new markets, while considering the impact of local financial and tax regulations and managing the complexity of cross-border tax matters, including transfer pricing.In addition to financially-based tasks, I have also been responsible for developing and implementing various IT systems and platforms on a global scale for the group and supporting other parts of the organization with financial services and advisory.As a business owner, I have worked extensively on optimizing businesses both internally and externally, at both a strategic level and as an operational leader. This spans multiple industries, from fishing, tourism, and restaurants to international corporations, especially within the mining sector.
