COMPANY SNAPSHOT: French Toast provides translations services and language courses to a continuously growing number of individuals, companies and corporations, several local and international schools and various government ministries. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:• Operations, Projects and Financial Management: Accountable for managing overall operations of the company with a focus on projects, processes, information, client, & team management, including corporations and ministries, including Key Performance Indicators [KPI satisfaction and continuation rates].• Coached and motivated employees: Responsible for Identifying the needs, Recruiting and Managing a capable Team (25 employees), providing Staff Training and Guidance. Negotiating, bidding and contracting, as well as account management.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:• 30% growth per year from 2013 to 2018: Tripled revenue over a 5 years period. Creation of new products, meeting clients and obtaining feedback, bidding for contracts with schools, corporations and ministries. • Increased profitability through consistent portfolio management, service quality and implementation of SOPs and KPIs for operation and service staff: 50% increase from FA 2016 to FA 2017. • Considerably improved staff retention from 1 year on average to more than 2 years.• Company was awarded the Top 25 Prestige Award 2015 for quality of service.
