This involves building the value and profile of the WRC through the planning and management of the commercial and sporting operations of the Championship and work with the individual Event Promoters, FIA and Teams to achieve individual and mutual commercial and sporting outcomes. The position is also responsible for the implementation and management of the operations of the WRC TV production and broadcast facilities on site at each event.Key RelationshipsInternal- Managing Directors- Head of Rights- Marketing Director- Head of Production - WRC TVExternal- Event Promoters- FIA- Sponsor Representatives- Host Broadcasters• Responsible for all levels of on-event activation of the company’s programmes, including sponsorship leveraging, accreditation, media management, public relations activities and stakeholder servicing.• Created, developed and managed commercial and sporting opportunities and formats including WRC Academy, Power Stage Live TV broadcasts and Web TV Live Streaming.• Responsible for the development and creation of WRC calendar including location and dates, and a future blueprint strategy, as well as development of new events in key territories including Brazil, Russia and China.• Liaison with Manufacturer Team Representatives and FIA on all sporting and commercial requirements on an Event and Championship basis including future FIA Regulatory requirements.• Negotiated and managed compliance of:- Event Promoters with Championship Event Agreements- Host Broadcaster with Broadcast Agreements and Live Television Operations- Third party contractors with their event-specific supply contracts Show less
