• Provided business consultancy, systems consultancy and project management for the development and implementation of a consumer credit bureau solution for the Japanese market. • Managed a UK-based team of 20 contracted development and test resources from a variety of agencies alongside 5 permanent development team leader resources.• Managed 2 contracted business analyst resources required to document new legal requirements to be developed post go-live.• Responsible for the co-ordination of development and test resources, acting as the interface to systems test contractor resources, the interface between the development team and other divisions within Experian such as Technical Services.• Worked intensively with senior project stakeholders across divisions within Experian, to formalise the delivery and communicate accordingly.• Provided in-depth consultancy for design and approach necessary for delivery to client in a phased manner: o to replicate existing functionality, ensuring successful migration of existing data, o to provide enhanced credit bureau service using Experian know-how, o to plan for provision of value-adds and new legal requirementsThis project was particularly challenging due to high levels of complexity and understanding required the need for regular client visits to Tokyo, regular communication with client and third parties over 8-9 hour time differences, involving much work to be conducted outside of normal working hours, and cultural differences
