I am currently a judge of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. The World Series showcases the world's best high divers over several stops each year. I recently officiated in Boston, Paris and Sydney.

I am a FINA accredited international diving judge, and travel to officiate at competitions. Highlights of my appointments by FINA include:- Judging/refereeing at the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games in London, Rio and Tokyo- Judging/refereeing at the 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 World Aquatics Championships- Judging/refereeing at the 2010, 2015 and 2018 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, Glasgow and Gold Coast.- Judging/refereeing at the 2010, 2014 and 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore, Nanjing and Buenos Aires.

Worked at the Office of the Ombudsman as an Advisor for disability issues. I started at this Office as a Complaints Assessor in 2007, before being promoted to a Senior Complaints Assessor in 2008. I held this role until 2011 when I worked as the Complaints Assessment Manager. In 2012 I took on a contract position as an Investigator / Team Leader because of my ongoing sporting commitments. These role were varied but included:- Assessing/investigating health and disability related complaints.- Leading triage sessions with key staff to put in place assessment and investigation plans.- Liaising with key players in the health and disability sector on complex cases, including requesting specialist medical advice- Reviewing written work submitted by my team- Giving presentations to national and international health organisations- Attending meetings with key contacts in the health and disability sector- Recruitment and interviewing of new staff- Managing team workloads
