New Paradigm Developments Limited was founded in 2014 with the specific aim of offering to both developers and private clients, a superior level of classically inspired design and authenticity, applied to the creation of 'super-prime' residential development than can usually be found in both Surrey and the surrounding Home Counties.New Paradigm's founder and director, Simon Latner BA B.arch RIBA brings a wealth of experience, design skill and ability to each project and is well-versed in taking a commission from the initial development of the brief and subsequent iterative stages of concept and more detailed design, to the eventual submision for planning approval of the finalised design. Prior to establishing New Paradigm in 2014, Simon was the principal and sole 'in-house' architect for Royalton in Esher, Surrey and working alongside the CEO, Ken Parker and the rest of the hardworking team, helped establish Royalton as one of Surrey's most successful developers of luxury 'super-prime' residences in the £5m to £35m range. Before joining Royalton, Simon was either employed by or provided consultancy services to many of the UK's leading architectutal practices and development companies including: Rick Mather Architects, Berkeley Homes, Levitt Bernstein Associates, Sheppard Robson, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, Watts Property Consultants, Terry Farrell Partnership, Gensler (London), Fletcher Priest, Powell Moya Architects, Hammersons PLC and Hillier Parker.Simon has been intimately involved with the design and construction of a variety of projects over the decades including commercial developments, government infrastructure projects, both large and small scale residential developments, private houses, urban regeneration master plans, hotels and art galleries. Since 2014, Simon has continued to successfully design and gain planning approval for classically inspired 'super-prime' dwellings for a number of developers and private clients.

Prior to establishing New Paradigm in 2014, I was the principal and sole Architect and designer for Royalton in Esher, Surrey and working alongside the CEO, Ken Parker and the rest of the team, helped establish Royalton as one of Surrey's most successful developers of luxury 'super-prime' residences in the £5m to £35m range. For the 7 years whilst at Royalton and whilst other 'directors' came and went, I was ultimately and solely responsible for the design and planning submission for over 20 individual luxury houses and apartment schemes with an overal GDV in excess of £100 million. I also organised and submitted over 50 detailed and often complex planning applications with a very high success rate.To a great extent, I established the signature style for Royalton houses during those 7 years which has acted as a catalyst for a number of other developers to follow over the subsequent years.​
